NITEC is an acronym for Nigeria Int’l Technology Exhibition & Conference. NITEC is a platform specifically designed to showcase Nigeria’s technology ecosystem and promote innovative ICT solutions. It is an annual event with the slogan is Trending Technologies. It is the gathering of minds to discuss everything technology and how to better position Africa particularly Nigeria for the 4th revolution. The vision of NITEC is to deepen technology conversations in Africa, particularly in Nigeria. The event featured conferences, exhibition, games and networking.

The maiden edition held at the Civic Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos from June 23 -24, 2016. The theme was “TheRole of Disruptive Technologies in Catapulting the African Continent’s GDP”.

The second edition is scheduled to hold at the Sheraton Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos on July 4, 2017 from 8.00am – 5.00pm. The theme is The Future of Big data, Analytics and Applications for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Development
